Coffee beans typically come in pairs within the coffee cherry, but Peaberry beans grow as a single, rounded bean in the coffee fruit. Peaberries are rare, constituting only 5% to 10% of the total harvest.

They offer a well-balanced profile with an excellent full body, superior mild taste, and a sweet, creamy flavor with hints of chocolate. Unlike other Blue Mountain varieties, the rounded shape of Peaberry beans contributes to a moderate acidity, making for a unique and delightful coffee experience.
